The College maintains a lease contract on all multifunction copiers and most Laserjet Printers on campus. This service agreement provides maintenance and repair services on these devices. To report an issue with your covered device, please contact the Help Desk at 330-287-4357. Please have the device service tag number (V-XXXX) ready when you call. A technician will be dispatched as soon as possible.
Toner and Paper orders
Toner for laserjet printers, leased color printers and copiers is provided through our maintenance contract.
To request toner please complete the toner request form.
The toner will be delivered to your office within 24 hours.
Some devices are enrolled in the automatic refill program for toner. This means that the device notifies MT Business Systems via the network when a toner has been replaced in the machine. MT will then automatically dispatch another toner to your location without going through the request form.
Paper is provided through the Store Room from a central budget. 8.5 x 11, 8.5 x 14 and 11 x 17 sizes are available. To request paper please complete the paper request form. Trucking will deliver your paper order within 24 hours.
