Requests for any technology in the loaner pool should be made by sending an email message to IT_Loaner_Equipment@wooster.edu. In order to ensure availability of these limited resources, please make your request at least one week in advance. Devices must be picked up at the IT Help Desk on the 4th floor of Morgan Hall between 8:00am and 6:00pm, Monday through Friday.
When you borrow loaner equipment from IT you will first have to sign a contract. This contract will state that you are liable for loss of/damages to loaner equipment. You will be responsible for the loaner equipment during the time it is out of Morgan and be expected to pay any necessary reparations (i.e. “You break it, you buy it”).
